My journey is a testament to the power of emotional intelligence, mindset shifts, and intentional living. Having navigated youth-serving systems firsthand—both as a young person and later as a professional advocating for systemic change—I’ve developed a unique, strategic approach to transformation. This perspective allows me to guide individuals and organizations with tools and insights that create lasting growth.
My journey spans from the classroom to the national stage—rooted in local schools and elevated to state and national impact. I’ve served within Shelby County Public Schools and Tennessee’s Achievement School District, advanced youth advocacy through System of Care Across Tennessee and the Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services, and worked in the early psychosis space with youth and young adults ages 12–25. Nationally, I’ve partnered with Youth MOVE National to elevate youth voice and drive systemic change. Across every level, I bring not only professional expertise but also my full heart—ensuring that every collaboration reflects Intention, Insight, and Integrity.
